It is an extremely expensive drink, going for about three thousand dollars duty free — but according to Diageo, the whiskey is more than worth the price.

This is partly because it is made from a small and exclusive number of very rare whiskeys which have been taken from distilleries from all the way back in the 1800s. There are six malt whiskeys and three grain whiskeys within the new John Walker drink.

The very first bottle is especially special, because it features the signature of Jim Beveridge, a Master Blender; it will be sold at an auction.

Whiskey lovers can look for The John Walker brand to launch in September of this year.
